Privacy policy.

AtDesk is a Chrome extension that simulates browser activity to keep your status active on Slack, Teams, Discord, Google Meet, and Zoom. This policy explains what data we collect, what we don't, and how to request deletion.
What the extension collects
The AtDesk extension does not read your messages, access your browsing history, record keystrokes, or transmit information about the pages you visit.
Anonymous product analytics are currently disabled. If enabled later, this policy and the Chrome Web Store disclosure will be updated before collection begins.
What we collect when you sign in
Signing in with Google is optional and only required to upgrade to Pro. When you sign in, we store the following in our database:
- Your Google account email address
- Your display name
- Your plan tier (free or pro)
- The timestamp of your payment (if applicable)
- Dodo payment and customer identifiers used for purchase support, refunds, and fraud handling
We never store your Google password. Authentication is handled through Google's OAuth flow.
Payments
Payments are processed by DodoPayments. AtDesk never receives or stores your credit card number, CVV, or billing details.
Analytics
Anonymous analytics are not currently enabled in the published extension.
What we do not collect
- Browsing history or visited URLs
- Page content or screenshots
- Keyboard input or mouse position data
- Slack, Teams, or Discord message content
- Device advertising identifiers
Cookies and local storage
The extension uses chrome.storage.local to store settings locally on your device. When you sign in on the website, AtDesk uses a short-lived, secure, HTTP-only session cookie that JavaScript cannot read.
Data deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email founder@atdesk.app from the address you used to sign in. We will delete your data within 7 days.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
